Our mission for every child is to create memorable learning and worship experiences by organizing and preparing curriculum for Sunday morning and Wednesday evening programs and provide summer children’s activities, including Vacation Bible School.

- Serve the church by developing, coordinating and administering an effective and comprehensive ministry to meet the diverse needs of children between the ages of 2 and 10 (both members and non-members)
- Work in partnership with families to lay down a spiritual foundation that in God’s timing will lead a child into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. The ministry does this by designing programs that are family driven, child targeted, safe, relevant, creative in teaching, fun, intentional about shepherding our children, and empowering to parents
- Lead in the development, coordination, oversight, evaluation and staffing in all areas of children's ministry from preschool through 6th grade
- Build relationships with children, parents and volunteers through Sunday morning, midweek, special events, personal communications and other ministry settings
- Ensure the safety of our children by knowing and enforcing all safety and security policies and procedures.

Life Changers Youth Ministry exists to serve the church by developing, coordinating and administering an effective and comprehensive ministry to meet the diverse needs of youth and young adults (both members and non-members).
Enable young people to celebrate and deepen their relationship with God through individual and communal prayer and participation in Church Services.
Life Changers Youth Strives to:
- Invite young people into intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and empowers them to live and witness as disciples. It enables healing, growth, and healthy development of youth and young adults in their relationships.
- Engage the Church and broader community in voicing and addressing the needs of young people while making special efforts to gain their endorsement, support, and involvement in developing programs that effectively addresses the issues youth and young adults have to deal with.
- Affirm and bring forth the gifts of young people and provide opportunities for their ongoing spiritual and leadership development by the planning of an annual conference, retreat, and outings that provide a holistic approach in meeting the needs/interests of young people.
- Partner with community agencies and resources that interface with young people to determines effective means for publicizing and promoting programs that responds to the needs, interests, attitudes, struggles, and beliefs of young people.

a Purpose
LCCM invites women into intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and empowers them to live and witness as disciples of His by planning women conferences, luncheons, and activities that provides a holistic approach in meeting the needs/interests of all women.

The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. - Titus 2:3-5
PURPOSE: To serve the church by developing, coordinating and administering an effective and comprehensive ministry to meet the diverse needs of women (both members and non-members), to mentor and disciple them, helping them to grow spiritually, and deepen their relationship with God through individual and communal prayer and participation in Church Services and women specific programs.
The Ministry engages the Church and broader community in gathering data on the needs, interests, attitudes, and beliefs of women and uses this data to develop and conduct on a periodic basis a wide variety of programs and activities that will meet the various contemporary needs of a diverse female constituency.
The Ministry partners with community agencies and resources that interface with women and partners with them to determine effective means for publicizing and promoting programs that will effectively minister to all women.
Men of
Integrity
Men Of Intergity was created to mentor men, help them to grow spiritually, and deepen their relationship with God through individual and communal prayer, participation in Church Services. We aim to provide a holistic approach in meeting the needs/interests of all men.

Purpose: To serve the church by developing, coordinating and administering an effective and comprehensive ministry to meet the needs of men (both members and non-members) and to invite them into intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and empower them to live and witness as His disciples.
The Ministry engages the Church and broader community in voicing and addressing the needs of men, and partners with key stakeholders to develop and conduct on a periodic basis a wide variety of programs and activities that will meet the various contemporary needs of a diverse male constituency. This includes mens conferences, plans men’s conferences, luncheons and trips that provides a holistic approach in meeting the needs/interests of men.
The Ministry is aware of community agencies and resources that interface with men and partners with them to determine effective means for publicizing and promoting programs that will effectively minister to all men.
Counselling Ministry
Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety. – Proverbs 11:14
We at Life Changers Christian Ministries believe that it is our Christian responsibility and privilege to provide Christ-centered, biblical counsel to our members and those within our community, who are struggling with problems. We believe God’s Word is without error and sufficient to provide counsel for any and all problems in and through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Each person, member or newcomer, comes with the hope that the worship service will be an experience that uplifts and inspire them and that it will be a time of renewal and celebration. The hospitality ministry helps to make this a reality for those in attendance. Although the hospitality ministry’s love should be no stronger than the love found in the rest of the body of Christ, nevertheless the hospitality ministrys performs a major role in ensuring that people see and experience that love.

Evangelism Ministry
Our love for God and the things of God will propel us to love others and stimulate a passion for souls. We are all in a network of relationships; friends, family, co-workers, and neighbours who all need to hear the gospel. LCCM is committed to help expand the Kingdom of God throughout the Greater Toronto Area through the faithfulness of believers who will express love for their neighbours through evangelism and through community engagement in the form of home-to-home visits, neighbourhood walks, and various community events where the Gospel of Jesus Christ can be shared.
Outreach
Ministry
LCCM is a serving church. We believe that we serve God by serving others. Jesus called himself a servant, and to be like Jesus we must serve. (St Mark 10:45). Throughout our community there are many people who are struggling to access the very basic necessities of life such as food, shelter, and clothing. Life Changers Christian Ministries glorifies God through serving the members of our church and the people of the local community. In doing so, we collaborate with various organizations and provide donations of food, clothes and hygienic products to distribute to those in need.
Music Ministry
Oh magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together – Psalm 34:3
The Worship and Music Ministry exist to edify and encourage the body of Christ within this church as part of the music ministry (1Cor 12:28). Our goal is to praise and worship God, not just in meetings but with our lives so that ‘the words of our mouth and the meditations of our heart are acceptable to the Lord (Ps 19:14).
Within a service, the Worship and Music Ministry’s goal is to bring the congregation into the presence of God (2Ch 7:1,2; 1Pet 2:5) and set the stage for the preaching of the Word of God with the ultimate goal of changing lives into the image of God (Rom 12:1,2; 2Cor 3:18).

Prayer Ministry
Life Changers Prayer Ministry nourishes and gives direction to the liturgical aspect of the ministry. This mandated standing committee of volunteers ensures that the congregation is provided with opportunities to deepen their faith through a variety of prayer experiences and liturgical celebrations. The purpose of the ministry is to uphold the congregation, it’s ministries, and the community in prayer and to educate, empower, and inspire the congregation in their prayer lives.

I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:1-4 (KJV)
The Prayer Ministry Duties:
- Receives and prays for concerns and requests from individuals in the congregation and are available to pray with someone if the need arises.
- Develops support systems for spiritual formation of the church through encouraging small study/prayer/reflection groups within the larger group (i.e. scripture study groups, prayer groups, charismatic prayer groups, ecumenical prayer groups, etc.)
- Covers the Pastoral leadership and the various ministry teams of Life Changers with prayer and receives any prayer concerns they may have. They make the Prayer Room a peaceful environment, supplied with prayer resources for anyone desiring a place to pray, and works with the Senior Pastor to provide opportunities for the congregation to enrich their prayer lives.
